The Manage Phase                                         VII,Science

(7.1) Process Management:
 List tasks that will be used to manage the process of conducting the learning
provision to utilise the labs are given to students, classrooms are arranged for the project, Library facilities are given, permission to utilise the net facility in the Computer labs are given
(7.2) Student Preparation:
 Describe how students will be prepared for the project prior to launch. List any specific instruction or tasks that will be needed
1. Students are given a brief description of the topic they are given. 2. They are instructed to find more datas related to thet opic. 3. They are asked to include activities, prepare models for the same.
(7.3)  Facilitation:
 Describe how facilitation of resources will be used to enable the students to be successful.
Library and computer classes are to be utilised for the project.
(7.4) Progress Monitoring:
 Describe how program will be monitored throughout the project.

Group Progress 
They are monitored while they are preparing the project.
         Individual Progress
Each child's participation in the project is noted down. Their part in the group is observed and noted.
 (7.5) Re-planning:
 Describe how ‘re-planning’ will be used if the project goes off track
If their planning and the concept is not clear ,pe- planning will be done.
(7.6) Conflict Management:
 Describe how to address problems related to participation, offer approaches to manage other conflicts that may arise.
1. Motivated the students to give full participation in the group. 2. If the student does not involve, or cannot present well he/she will be give work in the group according to their explored talents
